Motivational speaker, Jim Rohn, famously said that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with and I completely agree. If we want to be truly healthy, we need to be aware of the people we choose to spend our lives with. When it comes to relationships, we are greatly influenced, whether we like it or not, by those closest to us. It affects our way of thinking, our decisions and our outlook. Being around negativity and anger breeds the same. Being around positivity and hope reaps its rewards for sure! Healthy relationships create a healthy being and encourage us to be our best self in the work place and at home. We are stronger together. Mind. Body. Spirit.
