Created to help highlight and feature younger entrepreneurs and civic leaders, the Corona Chamber has empowered a program called 40 Under 40. Success sees no age, ethnicity, gender or any other measurable notes – other than benchmarks for a business, impact on the community, providing employment and making a difference in their respective field of expertise. Each year, the Chamber perfects and improves on this program. For 2018, applications are now available through December 12, 2017. Applications can be downloaded from www. MyChamber.org; and the selection committee will be busy during the following week in selecting those individuals who truly reflect the Best of the Best. New guidelines have been incorporated and many of our two year honorees will be invited to serve on our selection committee. Self-nominations are permitted, as well, nominations from others are welcomed. The 40 Under 40 will be highlighted in the 2018 The Guide, a comprehensive review of our community of Corona, sprinkled with feature articles and complete membership directory of the Corona Chamber. A unique and personalized section dedicated solely to those 40 entrepreneurs who are under the age of 40. In addition to the printed material, the group will be introduced and honored at the April 27, 2018 Good Morning Corona event. We are excited to change over this venue to incorporate this ceremony. A panel from the 2018 honorees will be formed for a group discussion and answering questions. If you have questions, please connect with Stephanie Shapiro at the Corona Chamber by calling 951.737.3350 or Stephanie@MyChamber.org
